| Gingerbread
Cookies
Sir Kraab sez: The taste of my childhood. You may
want to pump up the spices a bit.

cup butter
1 cup sugar
½ t. salt
1 egg
1 c. molasses
2 T. vinegar
5 c. flour
1½ t. baking soda
1 T. ginger
1 t. cinnamon
1 t. cloves
Sprinkles!! Cream butter, sugar, salt, and egg. Stir in molasses and vinegar.
Mix together dry ingredients, then stir into other.
Refrigerate dough until workable (15-30 mins.; not critical).
Roll out to 1/8" thick, cut with cookie cutters, and then sprinkle,
sprinkle, sprinkle!
Bake at 350° for 5-6 mins.
